Roche Accu-Chek® Performa Connect Mobile App for iOS and Android
While MedM is not sponsored by, affiliated with, approved by or preferred by Roche, the Accu-Chek® Performa Connect blood glucose monitor is integrated with and can connect with MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the BGM unit and saved to the smartphone or tablet of the user and optionally backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected Accu-Chek® Performa Connect blood sugar measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members and caregivers.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected Accu-Chek® Performa Connect measurements history as a file, start to and stop sharing or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. Via MedM Health app, the recorded blood glucose measurements history can be synced with Apple Health and Google Fit.
Users can set reminders to help manage their blood sugar monitoring schedules and configure thresholds to receive push or email notifications.

How to Connect Roche Accu-Chek® Performa Connect with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Activate the pairing mode on Accu-Chek® Performa Connect:
- Press the OK button to turn on the meter
- Select Settings and press OK
- Select the Wireless option from the bottom of the list
- Select the Pairing option from the bottom of the list
- Remove all paired smartphones from Accu-Chek® Performa Connect's memory
- Select Pair Device and press OK (PIN digits should appear on the screen) - Once the meter is discovered by the app - select Accu-Chek® Performa Connect, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- When the popup with system pairing request appears tap the Pair and Connect button
- Enter the 6-digit PIN-code provided on the display of the meter and tap Ok
- Confirm Set as Default for the newly added smartphone (if Accu-Chek® Performa Connect has more that one device in wireless settings)
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired Accu-Chek® Performa Connect will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the Accu-Chek® Performa Connect to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the Accu-Chek® Performa Connect.
