Jamr BC31L Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor Companion App

The BC31L blood pressure monitor by Jamr is integrated and can connect with MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the BC31L unit and saved to the smartphone or tablet of the user, and optionally backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The recorded BC31L blood pressure measurements can then be viewed on a timeline, graphes, and exported as a file to be shared with clinicians and family.

All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by an unauthorised party. Users can set reminders to help manage their health monitoring schedules, add tags and notes to their readings, and assess them according to standard blood pressure scales. MedM Premium members can additionally export the recorded BC31L blood pressure data to other connected health ecosystems (Apple, Google, Samsung), set up notifications to help manage their health monitoring efforts, and share online access to their data with other trusted MedM users.

How to Connect Jamr BC31L with MedM App

  • Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
  • Turn on the BC31L unit
  • Once the app discovers the meter - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
  • The paired BC31L BPM will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the BC31L to collect new data

Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the meter.
