Sejoy and Joytech JOYTECH DET-1013b Infrared Ear Thermometer
The CE-marked thermometer JOYTECH DET-1013b is designed for fast and accurate ear temperature measurements. Readings can be taken and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The JOYTECH DET-1013b can be integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Measurements recorded with the thermometer may be logged into the app manually, allowing users to conveniently track and store their body temperature history on their smartphone or tablet, and optionally back it up to MedM Health Cloud.
The collected JOYTECH DET-1013b temperature records can be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members, doctors, or caregivers. Users have full control over their health data: they can export their measurement history as a file, manage sharing permissions, or permanently delete records at any time. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored in encrypted form and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised third party.
Via the MedM Health app, users can also sync their JOYTECH DET-1013b measurements history with Apple Health and Google Fit. The app enables setting reminders for regular temperature monitoring and configuring thresholds to receive push or email notifications when temperature readings are outside the desired range.

How to Connect Sejoy and Joytech DET-1013B with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Measurements -> tap the "+" button and choose Temperature
- Take a measurement with the JOYTECH DET-1013B by gently inserting the probe into the ear and pressing the measurement button
- Read the result displayed on the DET-1013B’s built-in screen
- Return to the app and manually type the measured temperature value into the input field
- Optionally add notes (e.g., symptoms, time of day, medication) and tap Save
- The saved JOYTECH DET-1013B measurement will appear in your temperature log in the app
- Please note that the DET-1013B does not support Bluetooth pairing. All temperature measurements must be logged manually into the app.
