TECH-MED HW-HL001 Mobile App for iOS and Android

The CE-marked smart blood pressure monitor TECH-MED HW-HL001 is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the HW-HL001 and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected TECH-MED HW-HL001 blood pressure measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members, doctors, and caregivers. 

Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected TECH-MED HW-HL001 measurements history as a file, start to and stop sharing or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by MedM or any unauthorised party. Via MedM Health app, the recorded TECH-MED HW-HL001 measurements history can be synced with Apple Health and Google Fit. 

Users can set reminders to help manage their health monitoring schedules and configure thresholds to receive push or email notifications when blood pressure readings collected from TECH-MED HW-HL001 are too high or too low for the set norm.

How to Connect TECH-MED HW-HL001 with MedM App

  • Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery 
  • Press the “START” button to turn on the monitor, wait until it will finish making a measurement and the Bluetooth symbol will blink on the meter's LCD
  • Once the HW-HL001 is discovered - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
  • The paired HW-HL001 will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the HW-HL001 Blood Pressure Monitor to collect new data in the app

Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the HW-HL001.
