Nonin Medical 3230 Mobile App for iOS and Android

The Nonin 3230 is a medical-grade Bluetooth pulse oximeter designed for spot-check measurements of blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and pulse rate. This compact and reliable device can be used in clinical, home, and remote monitoring settings, and is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app for automatic data capture.

Once paired with the app (available for Android and iOS), readings from the Nonin 3230 are transferred wirelessly and saved directly to the user’s smartphone or tablet. Data can be optionally backed up to the MedM Health Cloud for secure storage and accessed via the MedM Health Portal. All user health data stored in the cloud is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. Users retain full control over their records and may export, share, or delete data at any time.

The MedM Health Diary app is freemium with basic functionality available free of charge. Premium features include multiple health profiles, notifications, remote health monitoring, reports in PDF and Excel formats, and data synchronization with Apple Health and Google Health Connect.

How to Connect Nonin Medical 3230 with MedM App

  • Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery 
  • Start making a measurement on your Nonin 3230 pulse oximeter
  • Once the Nonin 3230 unit is discovered by the app - select it and tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
  • The paired Nonin 3230 meter will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the Nonin 3230 pulse oximeter to collect new data in the app
