Free Remote Patient Monitoring Platform Trial

Step 1: Create a Business Account in MedM Ecosystem
Follow the link to the MedM Ecosystem and create a MedM Business account.
Step 2: Access the Ecosystem's RPM Section
After logging in to the MedM Ecosystem, navigate to the RPM tab. This section is used to create and manage RPM services.
Step 3: Create an RPM Tenant
During setup:
- the tenant name is defined
- a MedM Care code is generated
- the service logo is uploaded
The tenant name is used both as part of the service URL and as the code that patients or monitored individuals enter in the data collection app.
Step 4: RPM Service Is Automatically Created
Once the tenant is created, the service is ready for use. It includes:
- A data-collection mobile app for patients or monitored individuals
- A Care Dashboard for clinicians and care teams
- An Admin Portal for managing staff, patients, and account linking
The user who creates the tenant becomes the main administrator of the service. Usually, an administrator password reset is required before first use.
Step 5: Access Help and Documentation
Each MedM RPM SaaS tenant includes a built-in Help section with user and administrator guidance. The link to the Help section is available in the bottom right corner of both the Care Dashboard and the Admin Portal.
