The Nonin WristOx2 Model 3150 is a medical-grade Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) pulse oximeter designed for continuous and spot-check monitoring of blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate. The meter is integrated with the holistic health monitoring app Health Diary by MedM, allowing for seamless wireless data transfer and automatic recording on smartphones and tablets.
Featuring advanced Nonin PureSAT® SpO2 technology, the WristOx2 3150 delivers accurate readings even in challenging conditions such as low perfusion and motion. The meter is suitable for overnight oximetry studies at home, in hospitals, and in sleep labs. Once paired with the MedM Health Diary app (available on iOS and Android), SpO2 and pulse data are securely saved and can be optionally backed up to MedM Health Cloud. Users maintain full control over their health records, with the ability to export or delete data anytime.
The MedM Health Diary app is freemium, offering basic functionality free of charge. Premium features include multiple health profiles, remote health monitoring, data sharing, notifications for thresholds, reminders and goals, as well as PDF & XLSX report generation.

How to Connect Nonin Medical The WristOx2™ 3150 with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Insert batteries into your WristOx2™ 3150 pulse oximeter and wait for the Bluetooth icon to start flashing (about once per second)
- Once the WristOx2™ 3150 unit is discovered by the app - select it and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding app popup will appear
- The paired WristOx2™ 3150 will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on your WristOx2™ 3150 pulse oximeter to collect new data in the app
NOTE: the pairing mode is only required when connecting to a Bluetooth collector device for the first time. Subsequent connections will not require battery removal and insertion.
