Why would you use a fitness app?
Many people immediately think of heavy weights and sweaty gyms when they hear the word “fitness.” But that hasn't been the case for a long time. Fitness is anything that keeps your body moving. Think of walking, stretching exercises, leisurely cycling, or a short workout in the living room. You can easily track all of this with an app. And even better: it provides motivation! You see your progress, are reminded to get some exercise, and you can even join classes at your own pace.
