ARKRAY GLUCOCARD Shine Connex BGM Compatible App for iOS and Android
The GLUCOCARD Shine Connex Blood Glucose Meter can connect with the MedM Health app, enabling users to automatically record, organize, and track blood glucose readings with ease. While MedM is not affiliated with, approved by or preferred by Arkray, measurements taken with the GLUCOCARD Shine Connex meter can be transmitted to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, allowing users to keep their diabetes data in one place. For registered users, the data is also securely backed up to the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
All MedM users can view glucose trends in charts, add tags and notes to individual readings (such as pre-meal or post-meal context), set reminders for regular glucose checks, and export data in CSV format for further analysis.
Premium members gain access to advanced health management tools, including customizable goals, notifications and thresholds, PDF reporting, online access sharing with healthcare professionals, remote monitoring capabilities, and integration with major health ecosystems such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect ARKRAY GLUCOCARD Shine Connex with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing mode on the GLUCOCARD Shine Connex meter: Long press the Power button until “SET” appears on the screen
- Press the “>” button to change the value to YES
- Press the Power button → “BT” appears on the screen
- Press the “>” button several times until “PAIR” appears
- Press the Power button to confirm the pairing mode
- Once GLUCOCARD Shine Connex is discovered in the app → select it
- Enter the PIN code displayed on the meter's screen
- Press confirm to complete pairing
- Upon successful pairing, the BGM will be added to the Devices screen in the app
- Make a measurement on the GLUCOCARD Shine Connex blood glucose meter to collect new readings in the app
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new measurements
