The Contour Plus Elite blood glucose meter seamlessly integrates with the MedM Health Diary app, making it easy to track and manage glucose levels in one place. Readings taken with the device can be automatically transferred to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, ensuring quick and accurate logging without manual input. For registered users, all data is also securely stored and backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM, users can set reminders for glucose testing or medication schedules, visualize their data through clear and customizable charts, add notes or tags to each measurement, and export records in CSV format for further analysis. Premium users unlock advanced features such as personalized targets, threshold notifications, PDF reports, data sharing with caregivers or doctors, remote monitoring, and synchronization with popular health platforms including Apple, Google, and Samsung.

How to Connect Contour Plus Elite with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, go to Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing mode on the Contour Plus Elite meter: turn on the device and ensure Bluetooth is active
- When the Contour Plus Elite model appears in the app → select it, review or adjust device settings if needed, then tap Add to My Devices
- After successful pairing, a confirmation message will be displayed
- The paired Contour Plus Elite unit will now be visible in the Devices list
- Take a measurement using the Contour Plus Elite meter to automatically transfer readings to the app
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
