The Health & Life HL158AU-BD wrist Blood Pressure Monitor can connect with the MedM Health app, enabling users to automatically record, organize, and track blood pressure measurements with ease. Readings taken with the HL158AU-BD meter are transmitted to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, helping users maintain a structured and continuous health history. For registered users, data is also securely stored and backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
All MedM users can review measurement history in clear charts, monitor long-term trends, and attach notes or tags to individual readings for better context (e.g., morning/evening, resting state). The app also supports reminders for regular blood pressure monitoring and allows data export in CSV format for external analysis.
Premium users benefit from advanced health tracking features such as customizable thresholds, goals, and notifications, PDF reporting, data sharing with healthcare providers and family, as well as remote monitoring options, and integration with major health platforms like Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Health & Life HL158AU-BD with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing mode on the HL158AU-BD blood pressure monitor: Turn on the device using the START/STOP (Power) button
- Once HL158AU-BD unit appears in the list of available devices in the app → select it
- Confirm pairing in the app if prompted
- Upon successful pairing, the meter will be added to the Devices screen
- Make a blood pressure measurement on the HL158AU-BD blood pressuremonitor to start receiving readings in the app
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (depending on app settings) to receive new measurements.
