The NoninConnect Elite 3250 TruO2® Wireless Fingertip Pulse Oximeter with Bluetooth® Low Energy is a medical-grade device designed for both spot-check and continuous measurements of blood oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and pulse rate. Suitable for clinical, home, and remote monitoring settings, it integrates seamlessly with the all-in-one Health Diary app by MedM for automatic data capture.
When paired with the app (available for Android and iOS), readings from the 3250 TruO2® are transferred wirelessly in real time and saved to the user’s smartphone or tablet. Data can be optionally backed up to the MedM Health Cloud for secure storage and web-based viewing. All health data stored in the cloud is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. Users retain full control over their data and can export or delete it at any time.
The MedM Health Diary app operates on a freemium model with basic features available free of charge to all users. Premium features include multiple health profiles, access sharing, remote health monitoring, customizable notifications, reports in PDF and XLSX formats, and data synchronization with Apple, Google, and other ecosystems.

How to Connect Nonin Medical 3250 TruO2® with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Start making a measurement on your Nonin 3250 TruO2® pulse oximeter
- Once the Nonin 3250 TruO2® unit is discovered by the app - select it and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired Nonin 3250 TruO2® will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the Nonin 3250 TruO2® pulse oximeter to collect new data in the app
