Omron BP4350 BPM Compatible App for iOS and Android
While MedM is not affiliated with, recommended or approved by Omron, the BP4350 wrist blood pressure monitor integrates with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling automatic capture and management of blood pressure readings. The app can be used with or without registration. Measurements taken with the BP4350 meter are transmitted via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet, helping users maintain accurate and organized health records without manual entry. For registered users, data is also backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM Health, users can set reminders for regular blood pressure monitoring or medication intake, review their readings through charts, and enhance entries with notes or tags for better tracking. The platform also supports exporting data in CSV format for external use or sharing with healthcare professionals.
MedM Premium provides extended functionality, including customizable goals and thresholds, intelligent notifications, PDF reports, secure data sharing, and remote monitoring capabilities. Integration with major health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health ensures seamless synchronization of health data across devices.

How to Connect Omron BP4350 with MedM App
- Open the app menu -> select My Devices -> tap Add Device
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the Gold Wireless Wrist BP4350 back side until "P" flashes
- Once the BP4350 unit is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired Gold Wireless Wrist BP4350 will be listed on the My Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the monitor to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the Gold Wireless Wrist BP4350 BPM.
