Omron Viva Scale Compatible App for iOS and Android

While MedM is not affiliated with, recommended or approved by Omron, the VIVA smart body composition scale integrates with the MedM Health Diary app, and can be used even without registration. Measurements taken with the Omron VIVA scale can be transmitted via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet, allowing users to conveniently store and manage their data without manual entry. For registered users, all readings are also securely backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud. 

With MedM Health, users can monitor changes over time using charts, review individual measurements, and add notes or tags for better context. The platform also supports exporting data in CSV format for personal analysis or sharing.

MedM Premium enhances the experience with advanced features such as customizable goals, trend analysis tools, smart notifications, PDF reports, secure data sharing, and remote weight and health monitoring capabilities. How to Connect Omron VIVA scale with MedM App

  • Open the app menu -> select My Devices -> tap Add Device
  • Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the Omron VIVA until the "P" symbol starts flashing
  • Once the Omron VIVA is discovered - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
  • The paired Omron VIVA scale will be listed on the My Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the Omron VIVA unit to collect new data in the app

Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the Omron VIVA.
