Omron Platinum BP5450 BPM Alternative Compatible App Without Registration

While MedM is not affiliated with, recommended or approved by Omron, the Platinum BP5450 upper arm blood pressure monitor integrates with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling automatic recording and management of blood pressure readings. Data collection via Bluetooth does not require registering a user account. Measurements taken with the BP5450 monitor can be transmitted via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet, helping users keep accurate and structured health records without manual entry. For registered users, data is also securely backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.

With MedM Health, users can schedule reminders for regular blood pressure measurements or medication intake, visualize trends through charts, and add notes or tags to individual readings for better context and tracking. The platform also supports exporting data in CSV format for external use or sharing with healthcare professionals.

MedM Premium enhances functionality with advanced tools such as customizable goals and thresholds, smart notifications, PDF reports, secure access sharing, and remote monitoring capabilities. How to Connect Omron Platinum BP5450 with MedM App

Open the app menu -> select My Devices -> tap Add Device
Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the Platinum BP5450 back side until "P" symbol flashing
Once the Platinum BP5450 unit is discovered - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
The paired Platinum BP5450 monitor will be listed on the My Devices screen
Make a measurement on the Platinum BP5450 meter to collect new data in the app

Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the Platinum BP5450 BPM.
