Omron RS7 Intelli IT Wrist BPM Compatible App for iOS and Android
While MedM is not affiliated with, recommended or approved by Omron, the Omron RS7 Intelli IT wrist blood pressure monitor integrates with the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to automatically capture and manage their blood pressure readings. The app can be used without registering an account. Measurements taken with the RS7 Intelli IT device can be transmitted via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet, helping eliminate manual entry and maintain consistent records. For registered users, data is also securely backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM Health, users can set reminders for regular blood pressure checks or medication intake, explore their measurements data through charts, and enrich readings with notes and tags for better context. The platform also supports exporting data in CSV format for personal use or sharing with healthcare professionals.

How to Connect Omron RS7 Intelli IT with MedM App
- Open the app menu -> select My Devices -> tap Add Device
- Press and hold the “Pairing ” button on the back of the RS7 Intelli IT until the "P" symbol starts flashing
- Once the app discoveres the RS7 Intelli IT unit - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired RS7 Intelli IT monitor will be listed on the My Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the BPM to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the RS7 Intelli IT.
