Rossmax X3 Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor is a portable Bluetooth-enabled upper-arm blood pressure monitor designed for home use. The device is compatible with the MedM Health Diary app and can automatically transfer recorded measurements to a paired smartphone or tablet for convenient logging in the user’s health record. Registered MedM users gain secure data backups to the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.

All MedM users can view blood pressure and pulse rate data in graphs, add notes or tags to individual measurements, export readings as CSV files, and set reminders for regular measurements. MedM Premium members gain access to additional features, including customizable goals, threshold alerts, PDF export, shared data access for caregivers, remote health monitoring capabilities, and integration with Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Rossmax X3 BT with MedM App

  • Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery 
  • Turn on the meter (Bluetooth should be turned on automatically, consult the device manual for troubleshooting)
  • Once the X3 BT meter is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
  • The paired Rossmax X3 BT unit will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the X3 BT blood pressure monitor to collect new data in the app

Please note that:

  • The app does not support history collection from X3 BT, hence data collected for any device user (1, 2, or guest) will be recorded by the app and saved to the curently selected health record 
  • the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the X3 BT blood pressure monitor
