Sinocare F1703T Blood Pressure Monitor App for iOS and Android

The Sinocare F1703T Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is an automatic Bluetooth-enabled device for convenient blood pressure tracking at home. The monitor supports two users with storage for up to 120 measurements per user. It also features a voice function, adjustable volume, and a three-color blood pressure indicator.

Measurements can be transferred via Bluetooth to the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to keep their blood pressure records organized and accessible. Registered MedM users can securely store and back up their health data in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.

MedM users can set reminders for blood pressure measurements and medication intake, review measurement history using charts with or without aggregation, add tags and notes to readings, and export data in CSV format. Premium members have access to extended health management tools, including customizable goals, thresholds and notifications, PDF export, health data sharing and remote monitoring, as well as synchronization with supported health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Sinocare F1703T with MedM App

  • Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and turn on the F1703T blood pressure monitor
  • The Bluetooth symbol on the F1703T display should start flashing, indicating that the device is ready for pairing
  • Once the F1703T monitor is discovered in the app → select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing, a confirmation popup should appear
  • The paired F1703T Blood Pressure Monitor should now be listed on the Devices screen
  • Take a new blood pressure measurement using the F1703T meter to transfer the readings to the MedM Health app

Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
