The Coverich TMB-2285-BT Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor integrates smoothly with the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to automatically record, view, and manage their blood pressure readings with minimal effort. Measurements taken on the TMB-2285-BT monitor can be transferred to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, and registered users can also securely store their data in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
Within the MedM app, users can set reminders for measurements or medication intake, visualize trends on charts, attach notes and tags to readings, and export their history as a CSV file. Premium MedM members gain access to enhanced tools, such as customizable goals and thresholds, notifications for out-of-range values, PDF export, data sharing, remote monitoring, and synchronization with major platforms like Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Transtek Coverich TMB-2285-BT with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → in the bottom Tab Bar, select Devices
- Tap the “+” button to begin Bluetooth device discovery
- Activate pairing mode on the TMB-2285-BT monitor by pressing and holding the START/STOP button until the Bluetooth icon begins blinking on the display
- Once the app detects TMB-2285-BT meter, select it from the list → review or adjust settings → tap Add to My Devices
- After a successful connection, the app will display a confirmation popup
- The paired TMB-2285-BT BPM will now appear on the Devices screen
- To collect new readings in the app, simply take a measurement on the blood pressure monitor
Note: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
