Alphamed U80LH BPM Compatible App for iOS and Android
The U80LH Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor by Alphamed / Urion seamlessly integrates with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling automatic recording and structured management of blood pressure results. Readings captured by the U80LH meter can be instantly transferred to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth. For registered users, all measurements are also securely backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud for reliable long-term storage.
With MedM, users can schedule reminders for blood pressure checks and medication intake, analyze trends using interactive charts (with or without data aggregation), add notes and custom tags to each measurement, and export health data in CSV format for further review.
Premium members gain access to advanced health tracking tools, including personalized goals and threshold notifications, PDF report generation, secure data sharing with family or healthcare professionals, remote monitoring capabilities, and synchronization with leading health ecosystems such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect U80LH with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing mode on your U80LH monitor: turn the device on and activate Bluetooth (the Bluetooth icon should start blinking on the display)
- Once the U80LH BPM is discovered in the app → select it from the list, review or adjust device settings if needed, then tap Add to My Devices
- After successful pairing, a confirmation popup will be displayed
- The paired U80LH monitor will now appear in the Devices section
- Take a measurement using the U80LH blood pressure monitor to transfer new readings to the app
Notes: The MedM Health app must be running in the foreground or allowed to run in the background (configurable in system settings) in order to receive new measurements via Bluetooth.
