The FDA-cleared blood glucose meter AHG-2022 by American Health Gate is integrated with the Health Diary app by MedM. The blood sugar readings can be automatically captured from the AHG-2022 unit and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, with optional registration - backed up to the MedM Health Cloud. The collected blood glucose measurements can be supplemented with meal tags, evaluated against a number of official blood glucose scales, viewed on a timeline or graph, and saved as a file to be shared with a doctor.

Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export all of the collected AHG-2022 measurements history as a file or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by an unauthorised party. Users of MedM Premium can additionally export the collected AHG-2022 readings to other connected health ecosystems (Apple, Google, Samsung), set up notifications to help manage their health monitoring efforts, and share access to their data with other MedM users.
