A&D Medical UP-200BLE Pulse Oximeter Connected App for iOS and Android
The A&D UP-200BLE Bluetooth pulse oximeter integrates smoothly with the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to automatically record and track their SpO₂ and pulse rate measurements. Once a reading is taken, the values are transferred to the user’s smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and, with registration, securely backed up in MedM Health Cloud.
All data sent from the UP-200BLE to the cloud is encrypted during transfer and storage, ensuring that no unauthorized party can access it. Users can also enable reminders in the MedM app to help maintain consistent oxygen saturation and heart rate monitoring routines.
With MedM Premium membership users gain access to enhanced features, including adjustable goals and threshold notifications, data sharing and remote monitoring tools, as well as synchronization with Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Samsung Health, and other health-data ecosystems.

How to Connect A&D Medical UP-200BLE with MedM App
- Open the app → from the Tab Bar select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Turn on the UP-200BLE pulse oximeter or start a measurement so that the device begins transmitting via Bluetooth
- Once the app discovers UP-200BLE → select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- After successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired UP-200BLE pulse ox will be listed on the Devices screen
- Start a new measurement on the UP-200BLE to send data to the app
Please note: The app must be running in the foreground (or background if allowed in the device settings) in order to receive new measurements from the Bluetooth UP-200BLE pulse oximeter.
