The Bioland 2006-2B or A800 Blood Pressure Monitor seamlessly connects with the MedM Health Diary app, giving users a smart and reliable way to track, store, and manage their blood pressure data. Once paired, measurements recorded on the Bioland 2006-2B monitor can be automatically transferred to the user’s smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, ensuring effortless and accurate health monitoring.
For registered users, all data synced through the MedM Health Cloud is securely encrypted, keeping personal health information private and protected from unauthorized access. Users can also set up convenient reminders for regular blood pressure checks or medication schedules—making daily health tracking simple and consistent.
With MedM Premium membership, users unlock advanced features such as personalized health goals, adjustable thresholds, and flexible notifications. Premium members can also share access to their results with healthcare providers or family members and synchronize their data across major health ecosystems, including Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect 2006-2B (A800) with MedM App
- Open the MedM app → from the bottom tab bar select Devices → tap the “+” button to begin Bluetooth discovery
- Turn on the Bioland 2006-2B monitor by pressing the Power / Start button. The display will initialize and you may see a “0” or start-up sequence
- Wait for the Bioland 2006-2B unit to be discovered by the app and appear in the list of available Bluetooth devices. Tap it to select, then tap Add to My Devices
- A confirmation popup will appear once pairing is successful. The paired Bioland 2006-2B meter will now be listed under Devices in the app
- To collect new readings: place the cuff on your upper arm (see manual for correct positioning) and press Start/Stop to begin a measurement
- After measurement completes, the data should sync into the MedM app
Please note: The app must be running in the foreground (or, if permitted in background mode in settings) to receive new readings from the Bioland 2006-2B blood pressure monitor. Also ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the device’s battery has sufficient charge.
