E127B Thermometer App for iOS and Android
The CE and FDA-cleared infrared thermometer E127B by Bioland is integrated with the MedM platform and can be used with a body temperature monitoring app. The readings can be automatically captured from the E127B thermometer and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time export the collected E127B measurements history as a file or altogether delete it. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by an unauthorised party. MedM users can view data on a graph, rate their measurements against an established temperature scale, notes and feeling tags, and set reminders for new measurements and medication intake. Users of
MedM Premium can additionally export the collected E127B temperature readings to Apple, Google, and Samsung connected health ecosystems, set up goals, thresholds, and notifications, as well as share access to their data with caregivers.

How to Connect E127B with MedM App
- Open the MedM app → from the tab bar select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Make a new temperature measurement on the Bioland E127B
- Once the E127B is discovered – select it, configure device settings if needed and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired Bioland E127B will be listed on the Devices screen
- Take another measurement on the E127B to collect new data into the app
Please note that the app must be running in the foreground or background (if configured) to receive new readings from the device.
