The Cofoe CGH30 Bluetooth blood glucose meter integrates seamlessly with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling effortless automatic transfer, storage, and organization of glucose readings. Once paired, measurements taken with the CGH30 unit are securely synced to the user’s smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and, for registered users, also backed up to the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.

MedM users can take advantage of the convenient in-app reminders for regular glucose checks or medication schedules, helping maintain consistent diabetes monitoring habits.

How to Connect Cofoe CGH30 with MedM App

  • Open the MedM app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
  • Turn on your CGH30 unit
  • Once the meter is discovered by the app - click on it and select CGH30 from the list, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
  • The paired CGH30 meter will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the CGH30 blood glucose monitor to collect new data

Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the meter.
