The Cofoe KF‑66EP+ Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor pairs effortlessly with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling users to automatically log, track, and manage their blood pressure readings with minimal effort. Measurements taken with the KF‑66EP+ meter can be sent directly to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, and for registered users, all data can also be securely stored and backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
MedM users can set reminders for blood pressure monitoring or medication, visualize readings on graphs with or without aggregation, attach tags and notes to individual measurements, and export their data in CSV format. Premium subscribers enjoy advanced health management features, including customizable goals, thresholds, notifications, PDF export, access sharing, remote monitoring, and seamless synchronization with major health platforms such as Apple, Google, and Samsung.

How to Connect Cofoe KF-66EP+ with MedM App
- Open the app → in the bottom Tab Bar, select Devices
- Tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Power on your KF-66EP+ blood pressure monitor. If needed, press and hold the Bluetooth/transfer button for a few seconds — the Bluetooth icon will start flashing to indicate pairing mode
- When the app detects the KF-66EP+ unit, tap on its image, configure device settings, and select Add to My Devices
- After successful pairing, the app will show a confirmation message
- The connected KF-66EP+ BPM will now appear in your Devices list
- To collect new data in the app make a new measurement on the monitor
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
