The Ciśnieniomierz AFIB Connect Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor seamlessly links to the MedM Health Diary app, enabling users to automatically capture, store, and manage blood pressure readings in a simple and convenient way. Measurements taken with the AFIB Connect monitor are transferred wirelessly to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth. For registered users, readings can also be securely stored and backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM, users can set reminders for blood pressure measurements and medication intake, track trends using interactive charts with optional data aggregation, and add notes or tags to individual readings. Measurement history can be exported in CSV format for personal use or sharing with healthcare professionals.
Premium MedM members gain access to advanced health management tools, including personalized goals, custom thresholds and notifications, PDF data export, secure data sharing, remote health monitoring, and synchronization with leading health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Controly Ciśnieniomierz AFIB Connect with MedM App
- Open the app → from the Tab Bar select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- To enable pairing on the Ciśnieniomierz AFIB Connectmeter, press and hold the Start/Stop button until the Bluetooth icon starts flashing on the display
- Once the monitor appears in the app’s discovery list, select it, adjust device settings if needed, and tap Add to My Devices
- After successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired Ciśnieniomierz AFIB Connect blood pressure monitor will then be shown on the Devices screen
- Take a new measurement on the Ciśnieniomierz AFIB Connect monitor to transfer readings to the app
Please note: the app must remain active in the foreground or background (as configured in settings) to receive new data from the blood pressure monitor.
