Ease Healthcare B21HT BPM Connected App for iOS and Android

Ease Healthcare B21HT Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor works seamlessly with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling users to record, view, and manage their blood pressure data. Readings taken with the B21HT monitor can be quickly transferred to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and securely stored in the MedM Health Cloud for backup and long-term tracking.

All readings collected from the Ease Healthcare B21HT unit are stored in the cloud encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. Through the MedM Health app, users can also set personal reminders to measure their blood pressure regularly or take prescribed medications — helping them stay consistent with their health routines.

For MedM Premium members, additional features become available, including the ability to define custom health goals, set thresholds and notifications for abnormal readings, and share their data remotely with healthcare providers or family members. Premium subscribers can also sync their measurements with Apple, Google, Samsung, and other connected health ecosystems, making the B21HT blood pressure monitor combined with MedM, a truly smart and connected blood pressure monitoring solution.

How to Connect Ease Healthcare B21HT with MedM App

  • Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap "+" to start Bluetooth discovery
  • To enable the pairing mode on your B21HT unit, (when the monitor is off) press and hold the Start button until the Bluetooth symbol appears on its screen
  • Once the B21HT monitor is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
  • The paired B21HT BPM will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the B21HT unit to collect new data in the app

Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the B21HT blood pressure monitor.
