Famidoc FDBP-A8 BPM Mobile App for iOS and Android

The FDA, CE and MDL certificated smart upper arm blood pressure monitor FDBP-A8 by Famidoc is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the FDBP-A8 meter and saved to the user's personal MedM health record on their smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to the encrypted MedM Health Cloud. 

All MedM users can export their data in CSV format, view it on a graph with our without aggregation, add tags to readings for context and set reminders for measurements and medication. MedM Premium users have access to additional features such as generation of PDF reports, custom goals, thresholds, and notifications, data sync with Apple, Google, and Samsung ecosystemts, as well as secure data sharing and remote monitoring.

How to Connect Famidoc FDBP-A8 with MedM App

  • Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery 
  • Press the Start/Stop button to start measurement and enter your meter in pairing mode
  • Once the FDBP-A8 unit is discovered - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices 
  • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear 
  • The paired FDBP-A8 meter will be listed on the Devices screen 
  • Make a measurement on the Famidoc FDBP-A8 Blood Pressure Monitor to collect new data in the app 

Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
