Hetaida HTD8808C Infrared Thermometer Compatible App for iOS and Android
Hetaida HTD8808C is a non-contact infrared thermometer designed to measure temperature from the forehead without direct skin contact. The device can be used for temperature measurements in adults, children, and infants and also provides a Surface Mode for measuring the temperature of objects and surfaces. The HTD8808C is battery-powered and features a digital display for convenient reading of measurements.
When supported by the MedM Health Diary app, temperature readings can be collected automatically from the HTD8808C thermometer and organized alongside other health data. Users can track temperature changes over time within personal health records stored on their smartphone or tablet. Registered users can also securely store their health records in the MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM, users can set reminders for temperature measurements and medication intake, track trends on charts with or without aggregation, add tags and notes to individual readings, and export health data in CSV format. Premium features include customizable goals, thresholds and notifications, PDF reports, data sharing and remote health monitoring, as well as synchronization with supported health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Hetaida HTD8808C with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start device discovery
- Turn on the Hetaida HTD8808C thermometer and keep it close to your smartphone or tablet
- Once the HTD8808C meter is discovered in the app → select the device, review or configure the available device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- After the device has been successfully added, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired Hetaida HTD8808C will then be displayed on the Devices screen
- Take a temperature measurement with the HTD8808C unit to receive the reading in the MedM Health app
Notes: Keep the HTD8808C thermometer close to the smartphone or tablet during device discovery and data transfer. The app must be running in the foreground or background, according to the configured MedM settings, to receive new measurements.
