i-SENS CareSens® N Feliz Mobile App for iOS and Android
The CareSens® N Feliz BT blood glucose monitor by i-SENS is integrated with MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the CareSens® N Feliz BT unit and saved to the smartphone or tablet of the user and optionally backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected CareSens® N Feliz BT blood sugar measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members and caregivers.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can export or delete their recorded CareSens® N Feliz BT measurement history at any time. All data stored in MedM Health Cloud is encrypted and protected against unauthorized access. Users can also set reminders to help manage their blood glucose monitoring schedules.
With MedM Premium Membership, users can synchronize their health data with supported ecosystems, including Apple Health and Google Health Connect, generate PDF reports, and share access to their health records with trusted family members, caregivers, or healthcare professionals through Care Circles. Premium also enables customizable thresholds and push or email notifications when blood glucose readings fall outside the configured range.
The CareSens® N Feliz BT meter is compatible with original CareSens® N test strips.

How to Connect i-SENS CareSens® N Feliz BT with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- To enter the pairing mode on the turned off CareSens® N Feliz BT meter press the "▶" button and hold it for three seconds
- Wait for the "ᚼ" and "bT" symbols to appear and "YES" to start blinking at the bottom of the unit's screen
- Press the S button to select YES
- Once the CareSens® N Feliz BT is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Confirm the system pairing request on your mobile device
- Press the S button on the meter to confirm pairing
- On your smartphone also confirm the pairing request in the system popup
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired CareSens® N Feliz BT will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the meter.
