i-SENS CareSens® N Premier Mobile App for iOS and Android
The CareSens® N Premier blood glucose monitor by i-SENS is integrated with MedM Health Diary app. Readings can be automatically captured from the CareSens® N Premier unit and saved to the smartphone or tablet of the user and optionally backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The collected CareSens® N Premier blood sugar measurements can then be securely shared with trusted individuals, such as family members and caregivers.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can export their recorded CareSens® N Premier measurement history as a file at any time. All data stored in MedM Health Cloud is encrypted and protected against unauthorized access. Users can also set reminders to help manage their blood glucose monitoring schedules.
With MedM Premium Membership, users can synchronize their health data with supported ecosystems, including Apple Health and Google Health Connect, generate PDF reports, and share access to their health records with trusted family members, caregivers, or healthcare professionals through Care Circles. Premium also enables customizable thresholds and push or email notifications when blood glucose readings fall outside the configured range.

How to Connect i-SENS CareSens® N Premier BGM with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Press and hold the "S" button for 3 seconds
- Wait for "SET" to appear on the meter's screen
- Press the "◀" or "▶" button to select YES and press the "S" button
- Wait for the the "bT" symbol to appear on the unit's screen
- Press the "◀" or "▶" button to select "PAIr" and press the "S" button
- Wait for the "ᚼ" and "PIn" symbols to light up on glucometer's screen
- Once the CareSens® N Premier is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- The meter will display a six digit PIN number
- Enter the six digit PIN number (displayed on the meter's screen) in the app
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired CareSens® N Premier will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the meter.
