Incoterm OX500 BLE Pulse Oximeter Compatible App for iOS and Android
The OX500 BLE Pulse Oximeter can be seamlessly connected to the MedM Health Diary app, enabling users to effortlessly track, organize, and monitor their oxygen saturation (SpO₂) and pulse rate readings. Measurements taken with the device are automatically transmitted to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, and for registered users, securely stored and backed up in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM, users can set reminders for regular measurements, visualize their data through charts and trends, and enrich readings with notes or tags for better context. Data can also be exported in CSV format for further analysis or sharing. Premium users gain access to advanced features such as personalized goals, custom thresholds and notifications, PDF report generation, remote monitoring and data sharing, as well as integration with popular health ecosystems including Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Incoterm OX500 BLE with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing on the OX500 BLE pulse oximeter: press and hold the power button until the Bluetooth symbol on the device starts blinking
- Once the OX500 BLE unit appears in the app → select it, review or adjust any device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired OX500 BLE model will now be listed on the Devices screen in the app
- Take a measurement on the OX500 BLE pulse oximeter to collect new readings in the app
Notes: The MedM Health app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable in app settings) to receive new measurements automatically.
