The Jackboom BBY36‑BT1 Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor pairs effortlessly with the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to automatically track, organize, and manage their blood pressure readings with ease. Measurements taken with the BBY36‑BT1 can be transmitted directly to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, and for registered users, the captured data can also be securely backed up to the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM, users can set reminders for blood pressure checks or medication schedules, visualize trends through graphs with or without data aggregation, add tags and personal notes to individual readings, and export their data in CSV format.
Premium MedM members benefit from advanced health management options, including customizable goals, thresholds and notifications, PDF export, secure data sharing, remote health monitoring, and seamless synchronization with major health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Jackboom BBY36-BT1 with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing on the Jackboom BBY36‑BT1 meter: press and hold the SETTINGS button until the Bluetooth symbol starts blinking on the screen
- Once the BBY36‑BT1 monitor is discovered in the app → select it, review or configure device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired Jackboom BBY36‑BT1 blood pressure monitor will now be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the BBY36‑BT1 monitor to collect new readings in the app
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new measurements.
