Jamr B19T BPM Connected App for iOS and Android
The Jamr B19T Bluetooth Blood Pressure Monitor easily connects with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling users to automatically log, organize, and analyze their blood pressure readings. Each measurement taken with the B19T BPM is seamlessly transmitted to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and - for registered users - securely backed up in the MedM Health Cloud for safe, long-term storage.
In the cloud, all readings recorded from the Jamr B19T monitor are encrypted to guarantee user privacy and protect health data from unauthorized access. The MedM app also allows users to set personalized reminders for blood pressure checks or medication schedules.
With MedM Premium, users can take advantage of enhanced tools — including adjustable health goals, threshold notifications, data sharing, remote tracking, and synchronization with Apple Health, Google's Health Connect, Samsung Health, and other health platforms.

How to Connect Jamr B19T with MedM App
- Open the app → in the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Turn on the B19T unit
- Once the app discovers the device → select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing, a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired B19T BPM will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the B19T meter to collect new data.
Please note: the app must be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the device.
