Jamr B23MT BPM Connected App for iOS and Android
The Jamr B23MT Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor is compatible with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling users to automatically record, track, and manage blood pressure measurements with minimal effort. Readings taken with the B23MT unit can be transmitted directly to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, and for registered users, also backed up to the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
All MedM users can set reminders for blood pressure measurements or medication intake, view historical data in graphical form with or without aggregation, and enrich records with tags and notes for better context. The app also allows data export in CSV format for further analysis or sharing.
Premium members benefit from advanced health management features, including customizable health goals, threshold notifications, PDF export, access sharing, and remote monitoring capabilities. In addition, data synchronization is supported with major health ecosystems such as Apple, Google, and Samsung.

How to Connect Jamr B23MT with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing on the Jamr B23MT blood pressure monitor: press the START/STOP button to turn on the device
- Once the Jamr B23MT meter is discovered in the app → select it, review available device information if shown, and then tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired Jamr B23MT model will now be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the Jamr B23MT blood pressure monitor to automatically transmit new readings to the app via Bluetooth
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
