The Jamr C05T Blood Pressure Monitor integrates with the MedM Health Diary app to simplify blood pressure tracking and long-term monitoring. Measurements can be automatically sent from the device to a connected smartphone or tablet through Bluetooth, reducing manual data entry and improving record accuracy. Health information can also be securely stored in the MedM Health Cloud.

The MedM platform provides useful tools for everyday health management, including reminders, visual trend analysis, measurement tagging, notes, and CSV export. Premium members gain access to additional features such as PDF reporting, customizable goals and notifications, health data sharing, and integration with popular health services such as Apple, Google, and Samsung.

How to Connect Jamr C05T with MedM App

  • Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
  • Enable pairing on the Jamr C05T monitor: press the START/STOP button to turn on the device and wait until the Bluetooth symbol appears and starts blinking on the screen
  • Once the Jamr C05T monitor is discovered in the app → select it, review or configure device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
  • The paired Jamr C05T model will now be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the Jamr C05T blood pressure monitor to collect new readings in the app

Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new measurements.
