The Jamr C06T Blood Pressure Monitor works with the MedM Health Diary app, making it easier to track and manage blood pressure measurements in one place. Readings collected with this meter can be transferred via Bluetooth to a smartphone or tablet, helping users maintain a complete history of their health data. Registered users also get to securely back up information in the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM Health, users can create reminders for blood pressure checks and medications, monitor trends using charts and graphs, add notes and tags to measurements, and export records in CSV format. Premium features include health goals, notifications and thresholds, PDF reports, remote monitoring capabilities, and synchronization with Apple, Google, and Samsung health ecosystems.

How to Connect Jamr C06T with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing on the Jamr C06T blood pressure monitor: press the START/STOP button to turn on the device and wait until the Bluetooth icon appears and starts blinking on the screen
- Once the Jamr C06T monitor is discovered in the app → select it → review available device details if shown → then tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing, a confirmation message will appear in the app
- The paired Jamr C06T BPM will now be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a new measurement on the Jamr C06T blood pressure monitor to transmit new readings to the app via Bluetooth
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
