Jamr F1701T Blood Pressure Monitor Connected App
The F1701T blood pressure monitor by Jamr is integrated with the MedM Health Diary app. The monitor has passed clinical validation and meets the AAMI/ESH/ISO Universal Standard (ISO 81060-2:2018) for BP monitoring. Readings can be automatically captured from the F1701T unit and saved to the smartphone or tablet of the user, and optionally backed up to MedM Health Cloud. The recorded F1701T blood pressure data can be viewed on a chart or a graph, supplemented with tags and notes, and exported as a file to be shared with the care team.
Users maintain full control over their health data and can at any time delete their MedM accounts. All data in MedM Health Cloud is stored encrypted and cannot be accessed by an unauthorised party. All users can set reminders for making measurements and/or taking medication to help manage their health monitoring schedules. Premium members, additionally, can configure thresholds, goals and notifications, sync their data with Apple, Google, and Samsung, as well as share access to their data for remote health monitoring.

How to Connect Jamr F1701T with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery.
- Turn on the F1701T unit and ensure its Bluetooth function is enabled.
- Once the app discovers the “Jamr F1701T” device → select it, configure any necessary device settings, and tap Add to My Devices.
- After successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear in the app.
- The paired Jamr F1701T will now be listed on the Devices screen within the app.
- Start a measurement on the F1701T monitor → the reading should be transmitted automatically to the app via Bluetooth.
Note: Make sure the app is allowed to run in the background or foreground (configurable in settings) to ensure new readings are received.
