The JMR-BA31T Bluetooth upper-arm blood pressure monitor by Jamr seamlessly integrates with the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to automatically record, analyze, and manage their blood pressure data in one secure place. Every reading taken on the JMR-BA31T BPM is transferred to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and, for registered users, also safely backed up to the MedM Health Cloud for long-term storage and access across devices.

All measurements transmitted from the JMR-BA31T unit are fully encrypted and protected from unauthorized access, ensuring privacy and data security. Through the MedM app, users can review detailed charts, track their blood pressure trends over time, and set personalized reminders for regular measurements or medication intake—making home health monitoring effortless and reliable.

For MedM Premium members, additional functionality is available, including advanced goal setting, configurable thresholds and notifications. The app also supports seamless synchronization with Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Samsung Health, and other health data ecosystems, enabling users to maintain a unified record of their wellness journey.

How to Connect Jamr BA31T with MedM App

  • Open the app → from the Tab Bar select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
  • To enable the pairing mode on the JMR-BA31T unit, press and hold the START/STOP button until the Bluetooth icon starts flashing on the screen
  • Once the JMR-BA31T monitor is discovered by the app — select it, configure device settings, and then tap Add to My Devices
  • Upon successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
  • The paired JMR-BA31T blood pressure monitor will be listed on the Devices screen
  • Make a measurement on the JMR-BA31T meter to collect new data in the app.

Please note that the app has to be running in the foreground or background (configurable in Settings) to receive new readings from the JMR-BA31T blood pressure monitor.
