The GluNEO Lite Smart Bluetooth glucose meter is fully compatible with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling users to effortlessly record, monitor, and manage their blood glucose levels. Readings taken with the GluNEO Lite Smart can be transmitted to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and - for registered users - securely stored in the MedM Health Cloud for safe backup.
All glucose data collected by the GluNEO Lite Smart BGM and stored in the cloud is encrypted, protected from authorized access. All MedM users can set personalized reminders for glucose measurements, medication intake, or other health routines, making diabetes management simpler and more organized.
Premium MedM members benefit from more advanced tools, including customizable goals, out-of-range notifications, data sharing with caregivers or healthcare providers, and seamless integration with major health platforms such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Osang GluNEO Lite Smart with MedM App
- Open the MedM app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Turn on the GluNEO Lite Smart glucose meter
- Once the app discovers the device → select it, configure settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired GluNEO Lite Smart glucose meter will now be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a new measurement on the GluNEO Lite Smart unit to send new readings to the app
Note: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new data from the meter
