Presmo 2276-B BPM Compatible App for iOS and Android
The Presmo 2276-B Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor connects smoothly with the MedM Health Diary app, enabling users to automatically record, organize, and track their blood pressure measurements. Readings taken with the 2276-B monitor can be transferred to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, and for registered users, also securely backed up to the fully encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
All MedM users can set reminders for regular blood pressure checks or medication intake, visualize results on charts with optional aggregation, attach tags and notes to individual readings, and export their data in CSV format. Premium members unlock enhanced health-management tools, including configurable goals and thresholds, personalised notifications, PDF export functionality, access sharing for remote monitoring, and synchronization with major platforms such as Apple Health, Google Health Connect, and Samsung Health.

How to Connect Presmo 2276-B with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Turn on the Presmo 2276-B and put it in pairing mode: press and hold the START/STOP button until the Bluetooth symbol begins flashing
- When the Presmo 2276-B monitor appears in the list of discovered devices → select it, review or configure the device settings if necessary, and then select Add to My Devices
- After successful pairing, a confirmation popup will be displayed
- The connected Presmo 2276-B meter will now be listed in the Devices screen
- Take a blood pressure measurement on you 2276-B BPM to transfer readings to the app
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
