The Presmo 2288-BT Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor offers seamless Bluetooth integration with the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to automatically capture and manage their blood pressure readings with ease. Measurements taken with the 2288-BT can sync directly to a smartphone or tablet, and for registered users, be safely backed up to the encrypted MedM Health Cloud.
With MedM, users can set reminders for measurements or medication schedules, review their data on charts with or without aggregation, add notes or tags to readings, and export results to CSV. Premium members gain access to extended features, including personalized goals and thresholds, smart notifications, PDF export, remote data sharing, and integration with Apple, Google, and Samsung health ecosystems.

How to Connect Presmo 2288-BT with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to initiate Bluetooth discovery
- Power on the Presmo 2288-BT and enable the pairing mode: hold the START/STOP button until the Bluetooth icon starts blinking on the display
- Once the Presmo 2288-BT unit is detected in the app → select it, adjust device settings if needed, and tap Add to My Devices
- When pairing completes, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired Presmo 2288-BT monitor will now be shown in your Devices list
- Start a new measurement on the 2288-BT BPM to sync the new readings into the app automatically
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (configurable on settings) to receive new measurements.
