ReliOn™ Platinum BGM Companion App for iOS and Android
While MedM is not sponsored by, affiliated with, approved by, or preferred by ReliOn™, the ReliOn™ Platinum blood glucose meter is compatible with the MedM's all-in-one Health Diary app. Blood glucose readings can be automatically captured from the device and stored on a smartphone or tablet, with optional backup to the MedM Health Cloud.
Collected measurements can be securely stored, exported, and shared with healthcare providers. All data in the MedM Health Cloud is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
Users can set reminders to support regular blood glucose monitoring. Premium app features include notifications, integration with Apple Health and Google Health Connect, PDF report generation, and data sharing for remote monitoring.

How to Connect ReliOn™ Platinum with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Press and hold the right button on the meter until both Pairing and Bluetooth symbols start flashing on the display.
- Once the meter is discovered by the app - tap on it, select ReliOn™ Platinum from the list, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- When the popup with system pairing request appears tap the Pair and Connect button
- Enter the 6-digit PIN-code provided on the back panel of the meter and tap Ok
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired ReliOn™ Platinum will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the ReliOn™ Platinum to collect new data in the app
Some units have 2 buttons on the right panel. If you have such a unit, press and hold the lower button on the meter until both the Pairing and the Bluetooth symbols start flashing on the display.
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the ReliOn™ Platinum.
