Joytech DET-1013B Infrared Ear Thermometer Companion App

The infrared Joytech DET-1013B thermometer is designed for fast and accurate ear temperature measurements. With the help of compatible MedM Health Dieary app, temperature readings can be captured from the thermometer via Bluetooth and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to the secure MedM Health Cloud. Other basic app features include reminders, graphs with or without aggregation, tags and notes for readings, and CSV data export.

Premium members benefit from more health monitoring features, including customizable goals, thresholds and notifications, PDF export, access sharing, remote health monitoring, and data sync with major health platforms such as Apple, Google, and Samsung.

How to Connect Joytech DET-1013B with MedM App

    • Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
    • Take a measurement with the DET-1013B thermometer by gently inserting the probe into the ear and pressing the measurement button
    • Once the DET-1013B unit is discovered by the app - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
    • Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
    • The paired DET-1013B thermometer will be listed on the Devices screen
    • Make another body temperature measurement to collect new data in the app
