Joytech DET-3012B Smart Infrared Thermometer Companion App
Joytech DET-3012B is a contactless infrared thermometer designed for quick and reliable temperature checks. When paired with the MedM Health Diary app, every reading can be automatically transferred to the user's smartphone or tablet, and, with registration - backed up in the MedM Health Cloud. This makes it easy to keep a complete record of temperature measurements and share them with clinicians and/or family members.
Users always remain in control of their personal health information. Measurement history can be exported, shared, or permanently deleted at any time. All data stored in the MedM Health Cloud is encrypted and fully protected from unauthorized access. In addition, the DET-3012B unit's readings can be synchronized through the MedM Health app with Apple Health and Google Fit for a more complete health overview.
To support everyday use, the app also enables reminders for scheduled temperature checks and customizable alerts, notifying users by push or email if values recorded by the DET-3012B thermometer fall outside the selected range. Please note that some app features require a Premium.

How to Connect Joytech DET-3012B Thermometer with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the "+" button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Start making a measurement on the DET-3012B thermometer
- Once the DET-3012B unit is discovered - select it, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired DET-3012B meter will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make another measurement on the thermometer to collect new data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground to receive new readings from the meter.
