VeriSmart® Health VSH-B550 BPM Mobile App for iOS and Android
This FDA-approved monitor features a large, easy-to-read display and connects seamlessly to both iOS and Android devices via the MedM Health Diary app. Readings from the VSH-B550 meter can be automatically captured, saved to the user’s personal health record on their smartphone or tablet, and, optionally be backed up to the secure MedM Health Cloud. Users may also export their data as a file—for example, to send as an email attachment.
Users remain in full control of their health information: they can export their entire measurement history at any time or permanently delete it. All cloud-stored data is encrypted and inaccessible to unauthorized parties. To support consistent health tracking, the app also offers reminders for taking measurements or medications.
MedM Premium adds further functionality: personalized thresholds and notifications, data sync with Apple Google, Samsung, and other ecosystems, sharing access to health records with trusted individuals such as family members or caregivers.

How to Connect VeriSmart® Health VSH-B550 with MedM App
- Open the app -> from the Tab Bar select Devices -> tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Turn on the VSH-B550 unit
- Once the meter is discovered -> click on it and select VSH-B550 from the list, configure device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing a corresponding popup will appear
- The paired VSH-B550 monitor will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a measurement on the VSH-B550 BPM to collect new data
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to receive new readings from the VSH-B550 blood pressure monitor.
