How to Connect Virgin Pulse VP-SC001 with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Enable pairing on the VP-SC001 smart body weight scale: step on the scale or press the power/activation button (depending on device behavior) to turn it on and ensure the Bluetooth mode is active
- Once the VP-SC001 scale is discovered in the app → select it, review available device details if shown, and then tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing, a confirmation popup will appear
- The paired VP-SC001 scale will now be listed on the Devices screen
- To sync data, step onto the VP-SC001 scale to perform a measurement
Notes: The app must be running in the foreground or background (depending on settings) to receive new measurements. Bluetooth and required permissions must be enabled on the smartphone.
