Wellue DuoEK™ ECG Monitor Compatible App for iOS and Android
The DuoEK™ Portable ECG Monitor is compatible with the MedM Health Diary app, allowing users to easily capture, review, and manage their ECG readings in one secure place. The device can be used as a handheld or wearable monitor. When paired with the MedM app, measurements can be transferred automatically to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth, ensuring that no data is lost and that each session can be reviewed in detail, anytime. For registered users, all health information is also encrypted and securely backed up in the MedM Health Cloud.
Within the MedM app, users can monitor heart rhythm trends, add notes to sessions, and visualize results on charts. MedM Health also enables reminders for regular ECG checks or medication intake.
MedM Premium members gain access to advanced tools such as PDF reports, configurable thresholds and notifications, data sharing and remote monitoring, as well as synchronization with Apple, Google, Samsung and other Health platforms.

How to Connect Wellue DuoEK with MedM App
- Open the MedM Health app → from the bottom tab bar, select Devices
- Tap the “+” or Add Device button to start Bluetooth discovery
- Power on your Wellue DuoEK by pressing and holding the main button until the Bluetooth indicator starts flashing
- Wait until Wellue DuoEK appears in the list of discovered hardware, then select it and tap Add to My Devices
- Confirm any Bluetooth pairing prompt that may appear on your phone
- Once connected, a confirmation message will appear, and the Wellue DuoEK portable ECG will be listed on the Devices screen
- Make a new ECG measurement to capture more data in the app
Please note that the app has to be running in foreground or background (configurable in settings) to collect data from Wellue DuoEK ECG. The chest strap for DuoEK portable ECG monitor may be sold separately.
