The TD-2300 Multi Parameter Patient Monitor or Vital Signs Monitor can connect with MedM platform, including the personal Health Diary app and the remote patient monitoring app, allowing users and healthcare providers to automatically collect, organize, and manage multiple vital signs in one place. Measurements taken with the TD-2300 unit are transmitted directly to a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth and securely stored in an encrypted health cloud.
The device supports monitoring of key vital parameters, including blood pressure (NIBP), oxygen saturation (SpO₂), heart rate, body temperature, and blood glucose, as well as ECG with up to 12 leads for comprehensive cardiac assessment. Recorded data is displayed in the MedM app in a clear and structured format, with charts and history views for easier analysis and long-term tracking.
All MedM users can set reminders for measurements, review vital signs on interactive charts with or without aggregation, add tags and notes to records, and export data in CSV format. Premium MedM members in B2C and all B2B users gain access to advanced features such as personalized goals, thresholds and notifications, PDF export, data sharing with caregivers or clinicians, remote patient monitoring, and synchronization with major health platforms including Apple, Google, and Samsung.

How to Connect TaiDoc Technology TD-2300 with MedM App
- Open your MedM app → from the Tab Bar, select Devices → tap the “+” button to start device discovery
- Enable pairing or connectivity mode on the TD-2300 monitor (according to the device instructions)
- Once the TD-2300 is discovered in the app → select it, review or confirm device settings, and tap Add to My Devices
- Upon successful pairing, a confirmation message will be displayed by the app
- The paired TD-2300 monitor will now appear in the Devices list
- Perform a measurement on the TD-2300 to sync new vital signs data with the app
Notes: The MedM app must be running in the foreground or background (depending on system settings) to receive and sync new measurements.
